Liz McColgan, a renowned British athletics figure and compelling speaker, has developed a unique coaching bond with her daughter, Eilish McColgan. Liz’s career includes winning the 1996 London Marathon and two Commonwealth golds in the 10,000m (1986 and 1990). Eilish matched these feats in Birmingham in August 2022, breaking her mother’s championship record.
