Neil Cavuto Keynote Speaker

Neil Cavuto's Biography

Praised by The Wall Street Journal as the “best interviewer in broadcast business news,” Neil Cavuto is an acclaimed senior vice president, anchor, and managing editor for both Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network. His superior interviewing skills have earned him recognition as “the very soul of the new Fox Business Network.”

Cavuto manages all business news content across both networks and anchors various programs, handling breaking news specials spanning from financial crises to natural disasters. His show, Your World, is the most-watched financial news program in America, beating CNBC, CNN, and MSNBC combined at its hour. Cavuto also anchors other top-rated financial programs such as Bulls & Bears, Forbes on Fox, and Cashin’ In.

On Fox Business Network, Cavuto’s “Cavuto Coast to Coast” consistently outperforms its business competition. His coverage of significant events, like the Trump-Clinton debate, has shattered network ratings records, outperforming CNBC despite its wider reach. Cavuto is the only anchor to moderate presidential debates for both a news channel and a business channel.

Prior to joining Fox News in August 1996, Cavuto hosted several live programs for CNBC and contributed to NBC’s Today Show and NBC News at Sunrise. He previously served as the New York Bureau Chief for PBS Television’s Nightly Business Report and the Washington Bureau Chief for Investment Age Magazine.

Having reported on key business and political events, including the 9-11 attacks, the 2008 financial meltdown, and both Persian Gulf Wars, Cavuto’s career has given him first-hand insights into the economic policies of every American president since Jimmy Carter.

However, Cavuto’s debut book diverged from his financial expertise, focusing instead on inspirational stories of individuals overcoming great adversity. This was influenced by his personal battles with cancer and Multiple Sclerosis. His first book, More Than Money, and the subsequent Your Money or Your Life both became New York Times bestsellers.

A Saint Bonaventure University alumnus and a former White House intern during the Carter administration, Cavuto also holds a master’s degree from The American University. He and his wife Mary are parents to three children: Tara, Jeremy, and Bradley.
