Naomi’s most recent roles at Channel 4 included On Screen Diversity Executive and Interim Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this, she served as Head of Innovation and Diversity for Media Trust. In these positions, Naomi was responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to promote greater diversity and inclusion in the media industry.

Naomi is also a highly sought-after speaker and trainer, having delivered workshops and training sessions for a wide range of organizations, including Google, YouTube, NBC Universal, and MTV.
