Sarah Sladek's Biography
Sarah Sladek is a global leader in business strategy, social equity and talent engagement. A renowned thought leader on change management and generational shifts, Sarah is a highly sought-after speaker and Talent Economy influencer, tackling issues that are significant to current employment trends.
In 2019, she founded Sarah Sladek and Company, where she presides as CEO & Chief Strategist. She founded Save the Association in 2019, the first online platform for learning and virtual event broadcasts intended to connect association leaders worldwide. Sarah is also the long-standing CEO & Chief Strategist of XYZ University, founded in 2002.
