Daisy Rogers's Biography

Daisy Rogers is a professional fine artist, writer, creative director and a positive and empowering speaker on diversity. She is the Founder of Liberally, the UK’s only non-profit diverse creative talent & content agency and media platform. She is a proud queer, neurodivergent woman and working mother of three sons, with over two decades’ experience of working in creative communications.

Daisy founded Liberally in 2020 with the aim to amplify minoritised voices and create a space of belonging, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, age or ability. She uses her creative storytelling skills to help brands reach diverse audiences authentically and in an engaging, representative way. She is on a mission to improve visibility of minoritised voices, further diversity and create positive social change, and advises global brands on their belonging policies and activations, with a focus on long-term engagement and positive social contribution.

She is the Managing Editor for Liberally Quarterly magazine, which commissions over 30 minoritised creatives per issue. She writes on topics including sustainable fashion, female empowerment, and the importance of visibility in the battle for belonging – her work has been called visionary and stunning. She is currently writing two non-fiction works and an edited collection of minoritised writers, and has been featured in media publications including Campaign, OutNewsGlobal and Hampshire Life.

Daisy was Founder and Director of the West Hampshire School of Art, a non-profit providing free fine art training for disadvantaged children of all ages. She also mentors young female professionals and previously worked as an Army Cadet Force Instructor. She is an incredibly talented artist, and has sold paintings to galleries and collectors worldwide.

Daisy is a Fellow of the RSA and was shortlisted for a Clore Fellowship in 2020.

She is available as a speaker, panel host and interviewer, and has interviewed the likes of Christina Lamb OBE, Ben Kapur MBE, Rob Berkeley MBE, amongst others, and spoken at BrandWave, the Outdoors Industry Association, and several other events. Testimonials

“Articulate, informed, and inspirational… a consummate professional; Daisy is a clear cut above the rest making difficult subjects both interesting and accessible.’”- Daniel Macaulay, CEO of BrandWave

“We booked Daisy to help us understand how to speak to diverse audiences better; in only 30 minutes, Daisy taught us so much about belonging, visibility and language. It was a fascinating introduction into how to use creative storytelling to be more authentic and meaningful, both to connect with our people internally but also our customers and wider audiences. Daisy put us at ease straightaway and was warm and funny; there was a queue for questions afterwards! We will definitely be rebooking her again as we continue our diversity journey.” – Charlotte Pearce, co-founder of Inkpact and Forbes 30 under 30 winner
