Is fitness the first thing to go when life gets busy?
Reclaim control so you can make time for what you care about

Fed up that fitness is the first thing to go when life gets busy? You’re not alone.
It doesn’t have to be that way though. The structure and space that physical activity gives us is exactly what we need when we are at our weakest and most overwhelmed. But the question is how to stick with our best intentions when life gets in the way?

In a bid to get busy people active, Annie Ross committed to completing 52 sporting challenges in 52 weeks alongside her job at Deutsche Bank. Over 450 people joined her on the activities, which ranged from hula-hooping and rollerblading to triathlons, sea kayaking and 5km swims. Since the challenges, Annie has been exploring and breaking down the barriers we face to making time for the things we care about.

What else would benefit in your life if you could stick to your health goals? Annie shares the lessons learnt during the 52in52 challenge. Her tips and tricks are positive, practical and bitesized so you will leave knowing how to design and sustain an active lifestyle quickly, simply and at minimal cost.
