Having recently transitioned into the role of Managing Agent, I am honoured that my first address to you is on such an empowering subject – International Women’s Day.

A global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, 8th March is also a day that marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.

This year, as we continue to take positive steps towards gender parity, we look to #InspireInclusion and work collectively to forge a more inclusive world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated.
