Paul Redmond's Biography

Dr Paul Redmond is a keynote speaker, best-selling author, and prominent authority on generational transformation and the future of work. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in human resources management and consulting, he offers real-world solutions to the challenges businesses face in an ever-changing workplace. He is a highly sought-after thought leader, strategist and speaker, providing employers with the insights they need to successfully attract, motivate, and retain employees from all generations.

As one of the UK’s foremost authorities in the graduate labour sector, Paul provides strategic expertise, leadership and operational management at the University of Liverpool as the Director of Student Experience and Enhancement. He is a former Director of Student Life at The University of Manchester and former UK President of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services, the UK’s premier membership group for career and employment prospects specialists. Paul had a nearly decade-long tenure as a Deputy Director of Student Services at Liverpool Hope University before becoming the Director of Employability and Educational Opportunities at the University of Liverpool.

Paul is a bestselling author who has published several books on generational theory, shifting the employment landscape and issues that today’s students and graduate recruiters encounter. His books boast titles such as A Parent’s Guide to Graduate Jobs (2012), Getting It Right (2011) and The Graduate Jobs Formula (2006).
