Jake Humphrey's Biography

Jake Humphrey is a television presenter, podcaster, author and businessman who is one of the most respected broadcasters in the industry. As a public speaker, he has presented speeches to audiences worldwide, sharing his insights and wisdom with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and students.

In 2010, Jake co-founded Whisper Group. The company comprises a worldwide network of production, post-product and broadcast professionals working to transform the sports and branded entertainment industries. Some of their previous clients include corporations such as BOSE, DHL, Heineken, Shell, Emirates and the Premier League. Jake is also the co-founder and co-host of The High Performance Podcast, exploring the lessons and experiences of high performers and gives insights into how other individuals can learn & benefit from them.

Jake is perhaps best known for his extensive TV presenting career. He’s been a presenter for BT Sport since 2013, covering the Barclays Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, and the UEFA Europa League games.

Before joining BT, Jake was a host on BBC’s Match of the Day, covering live Championship Football matches. He has since presented many significant events, including the Delhi Commonwealth Games, the European Championships, the Beijing Olympics, the Fifa Women’s World Cup, the Africa Cup of Nations, the Super Bowl and Formula One.

As a businessman, Jake is involved in numerous companies as an investor or consultant. He’s got investments in companies such as Misson Tea, Coral Eyewear, and SkiYodl.

As an accomplished author, Jake has written extensively about high performance. His books High Performance Daily Journal (2022), High Performance (2021), and The Inside Track (2012) have helped countless people achieve their goals.

Jake is a highly involved individual who takes great pride in his work with charity organisations. He is Chairman of the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation and holds the honorary title of Vice President of Young Lives Vs Cancer – one of the UK’s leading cancer charities for children and young people.

With years of experience as a public speaker, Jake is an expert at engaging audiences. He believes in the importance of continued learning, acquiring new skill sets and improving one’s life.
