Holly Tucker MBE is the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of notonthehighstreet.com, a successful online marketplace bringing together more than 2,000 UK-based small businesses specialising in craft and design, Founder of Holly & Co, and top speaker on entrepreneurship, innovation and female empowerment.

Along with her notonthehighstreet.com partner, Sophie Cornish, she has won some of the most prestigious awards for entrepreneurs, such as the Young Guns and BT Business Essence of the Entrepreneur awards (2008). Sophie and Holly have also been included in Marie Claire’s list of ‘23 Women Shaping a Greater Britain’ in 2007. In 2011, notonthehighstreet.com was listed as an official honouree at the Webby Awards, the prestigious international awards honouring excellence on the Internet.

Holly is passionate about supporting small and independent business owners in achieving their goals.  She founded Holly & Co, a movement designed to support and inspire small business owners in their journey, with a particular focus on empowering female business owners. Partnering with NatWest, Three, Dell, Royal Mail and Pinterest, Holly & Co launched the annual Independent Awards, designed to promote and platform the best of small businesses. Holly also hosts podcast Conversations of Inspiration, in which she and her guests, successful entrepreneurs and founder, explores the highs and lows of building a business and share the insights and lessons they have learnt along the way.

Prior to notonthehighstreet.com, Holly was Managing Director of Your Local Fair, an e-commerce service providing information on local fairs in the UK. She has also worked as Freelance Sales Director for Cedar Communications (2002-04) and as Senior Sales Executive at Condé Nast (1999-2000), a leading magazine publisher.
