Diana Wu David's Biography

Diana Wu David is a futurist, advisor, leadership coach, author and global speaker.

She is the founder of Future Proof Lab, a strategic management company that advises and conducts leadership trainings and various upskilling courses for corporations. Apart from Future Proof, Diana founded two other transformational organisations, Sarana Capital and Sarana Labs.

Diana Wu was formerly a Financial Times executive and adjunct professor at Columbia Business School’s EMBA Global Asia. She started out her career as a management consultant and assistant to Dr. Henry Kissinger at Kissinger Associates New York. Her career-focused existence shifted after the suicide of a friend. The loss made Diana realise that there was a better way to work and inspired her to write her book.

The author of ‘Future Proof: Reinventing Work in an Age of Acceleration’, an Amazon bestseller and Inc.’s top innovation book. Diana shares her insights on how one can be fully present in life by innovating and reinventing their careers. Chief correspondent at Financial Times, Henry Sender says, “It is both a curse and a blessing of our fraught times that reinvention is no longer an option, but an obligation. Resilience rather than any formal qualification has become the key to both success and satisfaction. For those of us who would welcome a guide”, he highly recommends Diana’s book.

Wu is passionate about helping organisations re-imagine work as an inspiring place to make meaningful contributions, have exceptional relationships and create productive, profitable business that solves the world’s biggest problems. She lays out progressive strategies that help organisations better manage the expectations of the next generation.

Diana works closely with global leaders, companies and boards to reset, adopt and grow impactful business mindsets and practices. She speaks globally on topics such as the future of work, corporate governance and boards and East-West issues.
