Denys Grabchak's Biography

Denys Grabchak is a pioneering technology strategist, recognized for his transformative work at the intersection of AI, business, and global policy. A former Google and Meta executive, he launched major revenue programs at Google and led high-impact AI initiatives that increased the company’s market capitalization by USD 500 million in a single year. At Meta, he was headhunted to tackle the Cambridge Analytica crisis by creating a new department that removed billions of fraudulent pages, identified and punished bad actors, and safeguarded global elections from foreign interference.

As the founder of Performetry, Denys introduced an innovative approach to data-driven company management, effectively replacing traditional consultancies by monetizing internal corporate data with AI. Performetry has partnered with leading Silicon Valley CFOs and now works with the UAE’s top enterprises on data monetization and AI strategies. In 2021, the company secured USD 1.2 million in seed funding, marking its emergence as a key player in the HR technology sector.

Invited by the UAE government as a key advisor, Denys holds a golden visa in recognition of his influence among senior technology and AI executives. He is currently building the UAE’s first applied AI investment fund, a pivotal move toward establishing the world’s first AI city in the Middle East. Collaborating closely with senior government officials, business leaders, and the Royal Family, he brings a global perspective shaped by his experiences in Eastern Europe, Western Europe, the US, and the UAE—enabling him to spot challenges and opportunities that others miss.

Denys is also a contributor to the Forbes Business Council, where he shares strategic insights on business transformation, leadership, and the future of work. His forward-looking perspective empowers audiences to harness the potential of AI to drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
