Anand Menon's Biography
Anand Menon is a leading expert in European politics and a sought-after speaker on the topic. He is currently the Director of the UK in a Changing Europe research group and a Professor of European Politics and Foreign Affairs at King’s College London.
Prior to this, Menon was the founding Director of the European Institute at the University of Birmingham (2007-2015), and held academic positions at the University of Oxford and Sciences Po in Paris.
Menon is the author of numerous books on the topic of European politics, including “Brexit and British Politics” and “Europe: The State of the Union.” He has also written for publications such as The Financial Times, The Guardian, and Politico, and has been featured in media outlets such as BBC News, Sky News, and CNN.
In recognition of his expertise, Menon has received several accolades, including the Political Studies Association’s W.J.M. Mackenzie Book Prize and being named one of the 100 most influential people in British-European relations by Apolitical.
