Growth Mindset

Turning challenges into learning opportunities and becoming more versatile

Overview

By developing and working on ‘a growth mindset’ one will be more likely to thrive on challenges and less likely to experience setbacks or failures but rather as an opportunity for growth and as a catalyst to (re)developing skills and abilities. Intelligence and talents are all susceptible to growth.

Dr. Carol Dweck of Stanford University first wrote about the power of mindset many years ago. After studying the behaviour of students and children, the term “growth mindset” came about. These ideas and this body of work has subsequently been embraced and expanded by progressive leaders and organisations globally.

Here are some of the speakers we work with on this topical subject area.
