A CPD-accredited trainer holding a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing in the Workplace, Toni combines academic rigor with firsthand insights. Toni’s career includes a notable 17-year tenure at Barclays, where she held various leadership roles, culminating as the UK Neurodiversity Support Lead. Through her ‘Career Pathways for Success’ programme, she supports young adults with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, equipping them with essential employability skills.
Her work also raises awareness of Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) and high-functioning anxiety, aiding leaders and HR professionals in better understanding the nuances of mental health in the workplace.
