Russell Cailey is a pioneering education strategist who turns bold ideas into classroom-ready reality. As Managing Director and architect of THINK Learning Studio (TLS) in Dubai since 2021, he leads a global innovation hub that equips educators to design, guide, and evaluate student-led, real-world learning programmes across five continents.

From 2015–2020 he served as Principal of THINK Global School, the world’s first travelling high school, where he co-designed the award-winning Changemaker Curriculum and led cohorts through immersive semesters in up to four countries each year. The experience cemented his belief in “travel to learn” and in placing learners at the centre of assessment, a philosophy he now scales through TLS partnerships with ministries, NGOs, and Fortune 500 employers.

Named a Top 100 Global Visionary by GFEL, Russell is also co-founder of the Hakuba Forum and ForesightLab.org, platforms that convene educators, technologists, and policy leaders to re-imagine system transformation.
