Ramat Tejani Keynote Speaker

Ramat Tejani is the CEO (that’s Chief Encouragement Officer) of The Inspiration Box, an intentional personal development lifestyle brand designed to inspire individuals to discover, embrace and nurture their truest selves. Through content, talks, workshops and intimate events she ignites curiosity and encourages people to keep on growing through both the good and bad times life can throw at us.

Ramat believes in the power of helping others see things in themselves that they may not have realised exists. She recently delivered a captivating TEDx talk titled ‘The Transformational Power of a Personal Manifesto’ in which she reminded the audience that everyone needs to follow their own compass in life.

Ramat is a multi-award winning marketing strategist, community builder and storyteller who also happens to be a woman in tech. Her mission? To champion intentional personal development and uplift spirits as a pocket cheerleader. She has over 15 years experience across the technology, personal development, marketing, education and charity sectors to name a few. She specialises in developing, scaling and building inclusive and equitable teams and programmes. She has also worked with the likes of Publicis Media, UN Women UK, The Stack World, GSMA, Barratts Plc, Bonhill Group, the Tony Blair Institute, Amazon and Google.

She was responsible for scaling Amazon’s biggest education program, AWS GetIT across EMEA, as their Education Programme Lead which is now running across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Israel, Greece, Singapore and the US. During her time at Amazon, Ramat also sat on the board of the Black Employee Network where she was the Professional Development Lead. In this capacity Ramat’s role was to ensure Black employees were equipped to progress within their roles and beyond.

Currently Ramat is the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Google. She is leading the charge to help diversify the talent pipeline through strategic community engagement.
