Michael FRIBOURG, CEO, Groupe CHARGEURS
“Nicolas uses the orchestra as a powerful metaphor to illustrate management concepts. He makes us reflect on our approach without ever directly addressing management, letting us discover the parallels between conducting music and team leadership. This approach is inspiring, encouraging deeper thought, and highlighting the importance of human leadership and collaboration within teams: absolutely brilliant!”
Linda GANASSALI, Communications Director, BLUELINK
