Nicky Moffatt's Biography

Nicky Moffat CBE is a highly accomplished military officer who was the highest-ranking woman in the British army between 2009 and 2012. Nicky also held the role of Private Secretary to Secretary of State for Defence between 1999 and 2001. Today, she works as an Executive Coach for ‘What Good Leadership Looks Like’ where she helps companies develop their talent and provide inspiration, practical advice and tools to individuals striving to reach their full potential.
