Nick O'Sullivan's Biography
Nick O’Sullivan is a former Royal Marine whose military career took him from near death experiences to earning an MBE for his “selfless determination and exemplary professional zeal”.
Upon leaving the military in 2018 he embarked on a career as a financial planner. However, he soon found that he could also add significant value to senior leaders Boards and those aspiring to be one.
In 2022 he set up Mojave Training Ltd and in 2024 was made a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, for whom he has been a Speaker on several occasions. He has supported numerous leadership teams and Boards, including as Chair.
Nick is a charismatic Speaker who energises and engages with his audience. He makes complex topics easy to relate to and lands his points in a way which really resonates.
He’s passionate about pretty much any aspect of leadership and management and the impact it has on our lives (If you’ve had a bad day at work or even a toxic boss you’ll know what he means).
