Leesa Soulodre Keynote Speaker

Leesa Soulodre is a DeepTech pioneer, educator, mentor and super-connector. She has worked for 20+ years at the cutting edge of innovation, technology and strategy consulting. She is a leading speaker on digital transformation, innovation, DeepTech, reputational risk management, and the future of work, among other topics.

She is General Partner of R3i Ventures and works with many start-up and early-stage deep-tech companies to accelerate their growth.

Leesa is a serial entrepreneur, having supported in the raising of over $200M in Seed to Series C investments, and led several companies from seed to $14B into new markets. She has had one IPO, a number of successful exits, and knows the hard knocks of lessons learned.

She is dedicated to making a difference, and has spent over 15 years working in the not for profit, academic and private sectors as a Digital Director and a Board Advisor. Currently she serves on the boards of R3i Ventures, RunwayHQ, and Rubens Technologies.  She empowers boards with best practice on a range of areas, including corporate reputation strategies, cyber governance, and digital transformation.

As an expert in her field, Leesa has advised governments across the world. She is regularly called upon to serve as an Expert Evaluator for the European Research Agency Horizon2020 Fund for SME ICT Disruption; she was Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to the Canadian High Commission Tech Accelerator in Singapore; and served the Australian High Commission’s Landing Pad in Singapore.

She supports many of the world’s most promising early-stage companies in accelerating growth and is actively engaged in pioneering new technologies across the sustainable energy, robotics, and automation, safety, security and surveillance, mobile gaming, biotech, medtech, responsible investment, SaaS and e-commerce sectors.

Leesa serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Singapore Management University and at IE Business School MBA and Executive MBA Programs.  She delivers lectures on the Singapore Institute of Directors Program and Singapore Civil Service College Innovation Programs.  She served as International Ambassador for the Australian CSIRO IC Global Research Network.

She completed a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU, HEC, & LSE), and a Masters in Management from USQ.
