Dr John C. Hulsman Keynote Speaker

Dr. John C. Hulsman has been the President and Managing Partner of John C. Hulsman Enterprises, a prominent global political risk consulting firm, for 19 years.

Prior to this, Hulsman served in Washington as Fellow in European Policy Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and Senior Research Fellow for European Policy at the Heritage Foundation for seven years. He is also a Life Member of the US Council on Foreign Relations.

Hulsman is the author of all or part of 15 books, has given over 1630 interviews, written over 1210 articles, prepared over 1480 briefings, and delivered more than 1030 speeches/podcasts on global political risk and foreign policy and geopolitics for blue chip corporations around the world.

Hulsman’s political risk firm has made a name for himself as the pre-eminent predictor of global geopolitical risk in our new multipolar era, uniquely calling the tragic US failures at nation-building in Iraq and Afghanistan, the end of the age of globalization, the decline of Europe, the rise of India, the Brexit referendum result, the 2024 US election perfectly (Presidency, House and Senate), and the coming of the Sino-American Cold War, as well as correctly calling 19 of his firm’s past 20 major political risk predictions.

His most recent book, the best-selling, The Last, Best Hope: A History of American Realism, was published by Whitefox in January 2023. Its influential premise (through the use of American history) is that the Trump revolution has put in place a new Republican Party, determined to return to its realist roots in order take care of “America First,” throwing off the shackles of the former GOP establishment’s neoconservative excesses.
