Jennifer Langton is an award-winning executive at the forefront of sports innovation, athlete safety, and business transformation. As Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation at the NFL, she has pioneered groundbreaking advancements in injury prevention, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance player safety. She spearheaded the league’s first Injury Prevention Platform, overseeing a $60 million Engineering Roadmap that increased helmet safety and reduced concussions by 25%. She also conceptualized and launched the “Digital Athlete”, an AI-powered platform developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which has significantly reduced lower-extremity strains and preseason injuries.
Jennifer’s expertise extends beyond sports technology. As Vice President of Finance for Business Ventures at the NFL, she played a key role in securing major revenue agreements and leading international expansion efforts. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer for North America at Atari, where she executed a $150 million turnaround, restructuring the company, managing a merger, and driving strategic growth.
