Jen Brister's Biography
Jen Brister is a critically acclaimed comedian and writer with a formidable presence on the UK and international comedy circuits. She has appeared on BBC’s Live at the Apollo, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, QI, The Weakest Link, and Mock the Week, earning accolades for her incisive observations and uproarious storytelling. Jen has written seven solo shows, all premiering at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival, and toured her thought-provoking stand-up extensively across the UK and beyond.
Her 2019 comedy memoir, The Other Mother, delves into the joys and challenges of parenthood with candour and humour, while her stand-up special Meaningless—available on Soho Comedy Live, Next Up, and Amazon Prime—showcases her dynamic stage presence.
