Justin "Hasard" Lee Keynote Speaker

Justin “Hasard” Lee is a decorated former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, author of the international bestseller The Art of Clear Thinking, and a leadership and decision-making instructor, speaker, and strategic advisor.

As a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Justin spent 20 years in the Air Force, including thirteen continuous years flying the F-16 and F-35. As a flight commander deployed to Afghanistan, Justin planned and led strategic operations, including flying over 80 combat missions while becoming the only U.S. fighter pilot to ever fly jets from two different squadrons into combat on the same day while supporting troops under fire.

After returning from Afghanistan, Justin was then hand-picked to fly the F-35, the most advanced aircraft in the world, which was still in development. He went on to serve as the Chief of F-35 Training Systems for the largest training base in the world, leading the development of training programs and technology while mentoring the next generation of fighter pilots and preparing them for combat. Justin is the recipient of four Air Medals, was selected as the Top Instructor Pilot of the Year for the largest F-16 base in the country, and numerous other unit and personal awards.

After leaving active duty, Justin authored The Art of Clear Thinking which was a Wall Street Journal Bestseller and became the #2 business book in the United States. He then founded a premier consulting company where he teaches leadership, team intelligence, decision-making, and mental resilience principles he learned on the battlefield to help companies lead and win.
