Graham Allcott is an author and entrepreneur with deep expertise in productivity, focus, and modern workplace performance. He is the author of multiple influential books, including the international bestseller How to Be a Productivity Ninja, How to Have the Energy, How to Fix Meetings, and his latest, KIND: The Quiet Power of Kindness at Work. These titles showcase Graham’s practical insights on maintaining focus, tackling information overload, and nurturing a people-first approach to organisational success.
In 2009, Graham founded Think Productive, a professional development firm that has become the go-to for companies such as Amazon, Disney, British Airways, eBay, and the British Red Cross. With offices spanning the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, and the Netherlands, Think Productive designs globally acclaimed solutions that help teams work smarter, not harder.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded Intervol, an international student volunteering charity, served as Chief Executive of Student Volunteering England, led volunteering at the University of Birmingham, and advised the UK Government on youth volunteering policy. In his spare time, Graham is a DJ with a passion for jazz, rare groove, and electronic music. A devoted Aston Villa season ticket holder and Toronto Blue Jays fan, he brings humour, warmth, and hard-won insight to every speaking engagement.
