Elina Teboul's Biography

Elina Teboul is a leading global expert on conscious leadership and an outstanding keynote speaker, renowned for her ability to transform organizations through insightful, forward-looking guidance. Drawing on her background as a Columbia University–trained attorney and psychologist, she illuminates the untapped potential of “feminine intelligence”—the subject of her forthcoming book, Feminine Intelligence: How Visionary Leaders Can Reshape Business for Good (Wiley, March 2025). Her work advocates greater authenticity, purpose, and profit, revealing how a focus on human potential can drive remarkable success.

Her career began at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where she managed complex financial matters for private equity and hedge fund clients. Fueled by a passion for social impact, Elina later advised the Allan and Gill Gray Foundation, supporting social entrepreneurs in South Africa, and served on the Advisory Board of the Earth Law Center, championing the rights of nature. This dual exposure to high-stakes corporate matters and transformative social ventures grounds her holistic approach to leadership development.

Further enhancing her interdisciplinary perspective, Elina earned a Master’s degree in psychology and pioneered the “Positive Lawyering” course at Fordham Law School, equipping legal professionals with concrete strategies for sustainable performance and well-being.
