Dr Julie is an internationally acclaimed clinical psychologist, bestselling author, and content creator. After running her private practice for nearly a decade, she began sharing concise, informative videos on social media in 2019, covering topics from anxiety and depression to confidence. Her engaging content has garnered a following of over 10 million, establishing her as a leading online resource for mental health guidance.

Her debut book, Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before?, became the top-selling nonfiction book of 2022, selling over one million copies, remaining on the Sunday Times bestseller list for more than 100 weeks, and being translated into over 40 languages.
