Daniel Bobroff is a leading world-renowned technology visionary, innovator, venture capitalist and strategist in the retail space with over three decades of experience in the industry. Daniel has been part of the HTEC Group since 2018. He was Special Advisor before being appointed to Head of Retail in 2021. Prior to this he co-founded and was Investment Director of ASOS Ventures, a global internet publishing company and strategic partner for promising fashion technology startups. From 2019-21, he was the Interim Chief Product Officer for Detego, a global radio-frequency identification software company with a sole focus on the retail sector. Before Detego, Daniel was the founder, president and partner for several companies including Microtime Mobile, Microtime Interactive, Deibus Studios France and Deibus Studios UK.

Daniel solidified himself as one of the world’s leading retail experts and a pioneer of in-game marketing by establishing an advertising platform worth billions of dollars. He has created and developed video game production businesses in the United Kingdom and France, establishing franchises in extreme sports for PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox. He has advised and financed companies in various breakthrough technologies, including e-commerce, advertising technology, virtual reality and visual search.

He has been an advisory board member for Detego and True Fit Corporation since 2017 and 2016.
