Cristiana Pace, a distinguished authority in motorsport sustainability and innovation, renowned for her pioneering contributions to the field. She is the founder of Enovation Consulting, a firm dedicated to promoting sustainability and innovation within motorsports. Her insights on the automotive industry makes her a well-known speaker in motorsport, e-mobility, STEM and diversity.

She holds Master’s degree in Motorsport Engineering and Management at Cranfield University obtained in 2003 and a PhD in Sustainability, Business and Strategic Management from Coventry University. Her doctoral thesis focused on the mechanism to enable a successful system shift to sustainability in the motorsport industry.

Pace’s career commenced at the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), where she played a pivotal role in various technical projects, including the introduction of hybrid systems in Formula 1. Her passion for innovation and sustainability led her to establish Enovation Consulting in 2018, which has since become a key player in advising motorsport organizations on sustainability strategies and technological advancements. Under her leadership, Enovation Consulting has worked with numerous high-profile clients, including the FIA and Formula E, contributing to the development of electric and hybrid technologies.

In addition to her professional achievements, Cristiana is a fervent advocate for STEM education and gender diversity within the motorsport industry. She actively promotes the inclusion of women in engineering and leadership roles, striving to break down barriers and create more equitable opportunities. Her efforts have been recognized with several awards and honors such as being voted as the top 50 women in engineering in 2021 and engineering hero by The Guardian and Women in Engineering Society. She has also been featured in numerous publications, including the Motorsport Magazine, where she shares insights on the future of sustainable technology and its impact on the automotive industry.
