Dr. Zhou obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Science & Technology of China and studied Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Colorado where he obtained his Ph.D. After completing his Ph.D., Dr. Zhou embarked on an illustrious career in the technology sector.
