Now a tech entrepreneur specialising in building and developing tech products for the future of work, Ben lends his time to helping companies boost employee engagement. He gets his leadership experience and qualities from his previous leadership coaching and development career, working closely with senior executives in top businesses and banks, professional sports, the England football team, and Gareth Southgate, and as an Igniter on Simon Sinek’s coaching platform.

Before coaching and tech, Ben spent ten years as a Royal Marines Commando and is the author of the Penguin Business title, Commando Mindset. Ben also speaks about mental health in the workplace, openly sharing his experiences of drug abuse and suicide before his time in the marines, and is a big advocate of the importance of being open about well-being, mental health, and emotions, inspiring others to do the same.
