Toni Horn's Biography

Toni Horn is a global keynote speaker, neurodiversity consultant, and founder of NeuroEmpower CIC, renowned for transforming workplace cultures through inclusive leadership. With over five years of experience delivering keynotes, corporate training, and professional development workshops, she assists businesses, educational institutions, and policymakers in fostering equitable environments where every individual can succeed.

A CPD-accredited trainer holding a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing in the Workplace, Toni combines academic rigor with firsthand insights. Diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and autism and ADHD in her 40s, she offers a genuine understanding of neurodivergent challenges and opportunities—underscoring how workplaces can embrace and empower all talent.

Toni’s career includes a notable 17-year tenure at Barclays, where she held various leadership roles, culminating as the UK Neurodiversity Support Lead. In this capacity, she coached colleagues with dyslexia and advocated for neurodiversity awareness, efforts that earned her the prestigious Global Inclusive Leader Award in 2021. In 2022, she founded Think Differently With Us, an initiative offering accessible training programs to harness the strengths of neurodiverse talent.

Her commitment extends beyond organizational settings. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, she addresses the vital connections between home, education, and professional life, recognizing the multifaceted realities for neurodivergent individuals. Through her ‘Career Pathways for Success’ programme, she supports young adults with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, equipping them with essential employability skills.

Her work also raises awareness of Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) and high-functioning anxiety, aiding leaders and HR professionals in better understanding the nuances of mental health in the workplace. A published author, Toni’s children’s book, Emily’s Unique Melody, celebrates the power of thinking differently and highlights the strengths of dyslexia. Whether delivering inspirational talks or practical training, Toni provides inclusive strategies that unlock potential, foster wellbeing, and champion diverse voices.

Comments & Testimonials

Our organisation recently held an all-manager conference, where the theme was around inspiring and inclusive leadership. We were thrilled to have Toni Horn attend for a fireside chat to discuss the importance of neurodiversity in leadership. Toni was kind enough to share her lived experience, as well as provide deep knowledge and expert guidance for leaders that may have neurodivergent people in their teams, and just as importantly, leaders that are neurodivergent. Toni was inspiring, genuine, and very informative. Working with Toni was a pleasure. Thank you Toni, I really appreciate you being part of a great day for our organisation!.

We invited Toni to present at the University of Warwick today. She was extremely organised and clear on what she required before the day. Today, she arrived relaxed and connected to our morning speaker and was invited to support his discussion. Toni gave an excellent presentation. Slides wonderfully clear. Her background and personal experience were reflected in her super performance. Wonderfully good with answering questions. Would recommend Toni without hesitation.
