Michelle, currently the Founder and Managing Director of Equality Forward, is devoted to enhancing workplace cultures and promoting gender inclusion. She was previously a Human Resources Consultant for PwC, a Senior Human Resource Business Partner for Fonterra, and a Workforce Strategy & Performance Manager for BHP Billiton, broadening her insights on creating equality-driven workplace environments. She also served as the Director of Inclusion for Netflix and led the way in integrating inclusion into the practices of the global streaming platform.
